People think that soft rockers T'Pau are the biggest band to come out of Telford. They're wrong. Extreme metallers Cancer are actually the biggest (and best) band to come out of Telford. What that says about a town with a population of over 160,000 people I'll leave to the anthropoleejits.
Angel faced growler John Walker worked alongside me at HMV one Christmas, and like most metallers he's one of the sweetest people you could wish to meet. I showed him my lyric book once, and I don't think there's a plagiarism law suit anywhere on the horizon...
