Um finds London-based trio Black Helium strip mining 'Sabbath's grooviest tune St. Vitus Dance and alloying it with killer vox not dissimilar to Dead Meadow's Jason Simon, OSEES John Dwyer or Charles Howl.

All three of the aforementioned acts are touchstones on a record that opens with the percussive JDAM bunker buster of Another Heaven before taking in influences from Suuns, Liars, Hey Colossus and Monster Magnet, finishing with the fifteen minute gloriously epic The Keys To Red Skeletons House (I Open The Door).
